Returns/Refunds

Our vents/registers are custom made to order when ordered; we do not stock a specific style of size in our warehouse. Please see the below guidelines:
Our shop policy states that since our vents and registers are made to order (custom orders) WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS IT HAS BEEN DAMAGE WHILE SHIPPING OR FOR HAVING MANUFACTURER ISSUES.
We are not responsible for wrong dimensions given by the contractor, designer, architect or customer. We encourage customers to double check filter dimensions and/or opening duct before purchase. If there is any doubt or questions how to measure, please check our website:

Warranty:

We guarantee you 100% satisfaction with all of our products. Our first priority is to provide our customers and retailers with the best quality products and customer service!
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the 1 year warranty. Damaged or missing hardware is covered under our 1 year warranty.

Damaged Items:

If you received your product damage while shipping, please email pictures of vent and packaging with your contact information to info@stellarairvents.com. A refund will be processed after a resolution has been determined.

Missing Items:

Stellar Air Vents is not responsible for missing vents/registers due to carrier fault, theft, or a destination & address issue, and a refund will not be issued. Addresses are matched with customer’s order entry and labels made accordingly.
While we do not do returns or exchanges reasons other than manufacturing issues or damages during shipping, please reach out to us with your questions and we can work on a potential resolution including 30 % restocking fee.
