If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our vents/registers are custom and made to order. We do not stock a specific style or size in our warehouse. Therefore, to return your vent/register, please see the below guidelines:

Returns:

You have 30 days to contact us about a return or with any issues concerning your vent/register from the date you received it.

Warranty:

Stellar Air Decorative Vent Covers guarantees you a 100% satisfaction with all of our products. Our first priority is to serve our customers and retailers with the best quality products and customer service!
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the one year warranty. Damaged or missing hardware is covered under the one year warranty

Damaged Items:

Please email pictures with your contact information to us at esthela@stellarairvents.com. A refund will be processed after a resolution has been determined.

Missing Items:

Stellar Air Vents is not responsible for missing vents/registers due to carrier fault, theft, or a destination & address issue, and a refund will not be issued. Addresses are matched with customer’s order entry and labels made accordingly.

This does not include items that are a functional part of your vent/register. Should this happen, please reach out to us at esthela@stellarairvents.com.

Shipping:

Customer is responsible for paying shipping for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the cause for a return is due to a quality issue, Stellar Air Vents will coordinate with the customer about shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds will be processed on returns after we receive the damaged/unwanted item back in our warehouse.

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size.

If you need a bigger size, we will bill you for the difference in price. We will honor any discounts given on the previous order if it applies.

Stellar Air Vents will refund the difference if the exchange is for a smaller size.

Exchange refunds/billing will process once the incorrect vent/register is received back on our shipping dock.
