If your vent cover is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged product, and we will replace it with a new one promptly.

If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us to help you find the right one for your needs.

If within 30 days you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund (customer is responsible for return shipping cost).
